I wonder if you do apply APRAKASHA MUDRA, if you do JALANDHARA BANDHA,
then you must be applying aprakasha mudra...
Aprakasha mudra is practised during the retention phase of the
breathing process. The reason is to contain the pressure inside the
lungs easily.Actually it is a must for JALANDHARA bandha.
The Sanskrit word {JALANDHARA} is composed of (JALA) meaning net and
(DHARA) meaning upword pull. This bandha reduces the tensions in the
neck,creates hormonal balance in the thyroid and parathyroid glands
while improving the quality of thevoice and strengthening the throat
area.
As all of you know how to do it, no need to explain the technique of
jalandhara bandha.
