Howdy folks,

I left this group nine years ago because there were no more yogis participating. It was June of 2011

The group had been choked off with spam, which is still here. That is no doubt the case because of auto cross-posting or bots, but as far as I can tell there are no humans behind it.

Also other platforms, like reddit, twitter, myspace, facebook, etc. were emerging and attracting others to the latest and greatest and most spam free and most free, free and technically easy. With cool feedback features and easy to use interfaces.

But if you happen by here from googlegroups or maybe even usenet, say hello. I did and low and behold there was actually a human here to engage with. Wow! Wonders never cease.

If you are (or know) a member of the old guard, drop in and please say hello. I would love to connect with you. Even if you just wander in here for no good reason, by all means, say hello :-)

Gosh forbid you should even have a question about yoga, while I'm here I'll try my best to answer it and/or point you in the right direction.

Hi Jared,
Good to hear from you again! I remember you (and some others I also miss, J. D. Campbell, Stuart Resnick etc- ring a bell?) from back when this used to be a lively & relevant (if often quirky) forum. I've kept checking this place of & on for years, only to be met with all sorts of spam. Well, maybe this will start a revival of sorts.
Best,
P. S.
